GUIDELINES

ORAL COMMUNICATION​

• Presentations will take place on July 11 in Congress session 1, 2 or 3 and should be made in English (Powerpoint format (16:9)

• The presenters can deliver the presentation to the technical team in the Congress room, before the session begins.

• The presenting author must be registered in the Congress until June 24

​

POSTERS

• Posters should be printed in vertical orientation (120cmx90cm) and can be posted on: July 9 (15h00-20h00) or July, 10 and 11 before the beginnig of the event

​

IMPORTANT NOTES ​

​

• All communications with authors about the abstract will be made by email, for the e-mail address of the main presenting author

• The Best Communication Award: the winning poster or oral communication will be granted free registration for the 1st author at the next SPCC Congress
