CONDITIONS

Payment through credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard and VISA) or ATM reference (only in Portugal) is due at the time of registration. Participants can use their PayPal account or select the option pay with credit/ debit card
Please note that it is not necessary to have a Paypal account to complete the payment.

The registration will only be completed if you receive a confirmation email (after your payment is confirmed)

Online registration will be available until July 8, 2024
CANCELLATIONS / REIMBURSEMENT POLICIES

Participants can cancel their registrations until May 1,2024. Until that date, payments will be refunded. However, a fee of 10% will be charged to cover administrative and banking costs.

From May, 2 - registrations will not be refunded.
CHANGES

Name changes will be charged a fee of € 20 per registration
RECEIPTS

Please note that the invoice will be issued in accordance with information provided on your registration form

The data receipt will be automatically copied from the information indicated at the time of registration

In case of any change it will be charged a fee of 20,00€ per registration.
CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE

The certificate of attendance will be sent by e-mail after the Congress.
